广泛收集防治原发性肝癌的古今方药,建立数据库,运用统计软件,分析古今证治规律。得出古今均较重视健脾理气药的应用,使用化痰软坚药、利水渗湿药、攻下逐水药的比例均相对较小;在此基础上,古人重温补而今人重清热,古人重补阳而今人重滋阴,古人重气郁而今人重血瘀。提出肝癌的基本防治思路:健脾理气是贯穿始终的肝癌防治思路;习古鉴今,合理运用温补脾肾法;肝癌腹水慎用峻下逐水药。以期对该病的临床工作提供文献学指导。

Extensive collecting herbs and prescription of ancient and modern of primary liver cancer,establishing the database,using statistical software,analyzing the treatment law of herbs and prescription both ancient and modern.The statistical conclusion show：the method of invigorating the spleen and regulating qi was considered important and the method of expelling water was considered less important whether in ancient or modern;the metheds of Warming、supplementing yang、recuperating qi was considered important in ancient;the method of Clearing heat、nourishing yin、removaling blood clot was considered important in modern.Discussing ：the paper poses the basic metheds of preventing and treatment primary liver cancer： the method of invigorating the spleen and regulating qi runs through the treatment of whole process;rational use of the method of warming and invigorating spleen and kidney;caution of expelling water.
