通胆排石汤配合胆结石治疗仪治疗胆囊结石临床观察

Tong Dan Pai Shi Tang gallstone therapy for the treatment with the clinical observation of gallbladder stones

目的:观察通胆排石汤配合胆石治疗仪治疗胆囊结石临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例,口服通胆排石汤配合胆石治疗仪治疗;对照组30例,口服消炎利胆片和熊去氧胆酸片,疗程均为8周。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:通胆排石汤配合胆结石治疗仪治疗胆囊结石,疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective：To observe the gallbladder with gallstones Pai Shi Tang therapy for the treatment of gallstone therapy.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment group,30 cases of oral communication with biliary stones Pai Shi Tang therapy for the treatment;control group of 30 patients,oral anti-inflammatory and choleretic ursodeoxycholic acid tablets and tablets,a course of 8 weeks.Results：The total effective treatment group was 90.0%,60.0% in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tong Pai Shi Tang with biliary gallstones therapy for the treatment of gallbladder stone,a significant effect,safe and reliable.
