乳没外洗方促进肛瘘术后创面修复随机对照临床研究

The Clinical Study of Effect of Rumo Lotion in Accelerating Effect Wound Healing Anal Fistula Postperation

目的:旨在研究乳没外洗方促进肛瘘术后创面愈合及改善术后相关不适症状的临床疗效,为该方应用于肛瘘术后恢复提供科学依据。方法:将90例低位复杂性肛瘘术后患者随机分为3组,乳没外洗方组30例,高锰酸钾组30例,痔疾洗液组30例。术后每天便后换药前熏洗1次。观察记录患者术后1、3、5、7、10天的创面疼痛及渗液积分,创面愈合天数,便血天数,脓腐脱落天数及肛门坠胀感天数等几项指标。结果:治疗术后疼痛、脓腐脱落和创面愈合方面,乳没外洗方组优于高锰酸钾组(P<0.01)与痔疾洗液组(P<0.05);治疗术后创面渗液、术后出血方面、术后肛门坠胀,乳没外洗方组及痔疾洗液组的疗效优于高锰酸钾组(P<0.01),而与痔疾洗液组疗效相当(P>0.05);结论:乳没外洗方具有促进肛瘘术后创面愈合,减轻术后不适症状等方面的优势。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Rumo lotion in promoting wound healing and reducing post-operative complications so as to provide scientific evidences for recovery from operation of anal fistula.Methods：Ninety post operative patients were randomly and equally divided into three groups：Rumo lotion group,potassium permanganate group and Zhiji Xiye group.Both of them used sitz-bath therapy with the Rumo lotion,potassium permanganate and Zhiji Xiye seperartely Twice a day.The score of pain and exudates were calculated in NO.1、3、5、7、10 days.as well as wound healing,hematochezia and pus rot fallen off was obersved.Results：In the fact of pain reducing,pus rot fallen accelerating and days of wound healing,the effect of Rumo lotion group was better than that of potassium permanganate group（P〈0.05）,the effect of Rumo lotion group（P〈0.05）.In the fact of exudates reducing 、Postoperative bleeding、anal bulge,the effect of Rumo lotion group was better than that of potassium permanganate group（P〈0.01）.There was not significant difference between Rumo lotion group and Zhiji Xiye group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Rumo lotion could promot anal fistula wound healing,reduce postoperative discomfort.
