独活寄生汤治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛临床随机对照研究

Curative Effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Patients with Discogenic Low Back Pain:a randomized controlled trial

目的:运用中药独活寄生汤加减治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的疗效观察。方法:将纳入的146例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各73例,治疗组采用口服独活寄生汤,每日1剂,分早晚2次口服,对照组口服芬必得胶囊,每日2次,每次1粒。两组每个疗程均为7天,观察2个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈和显效共有53例,愈显率为72.6%,对照组治愈和显效共有38例,愈显率为52.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药独活寄生汤治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛有着明显的疗效,尤其适用于那些不能进行手术治疗的患者。

Objective：To investigate the effect of treatment discogenic low back pain with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：146 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,respectively 73 cases.The treatment group perform with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,and the controls treat with Fenbid capsules.All were treated for 7 days each cycle and performed 2 cycles.Results：Cured and markedly effective patients in treatment group is a total of 53 cases,account for 72.6%,but there were 38 cases in the controls,account for 52.0%;the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Duhuo Jisheng Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine treated discogenic low back pain has a significant effect,especially for those who can not carry out surgical treatment.
