中西医结合治疗高血压病120例

Clinical Analysis of 120 Pations Having Hypertensive Disease Using Conbined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:观察天麻降压饮配合口服降血压西药治疗阴虚阳亢型1～2级高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合中西医诊断标准的阴虚阳亢型1～2级原发高血压病例120例,随机分为治疗组、中药对照组和西药对照组各40例,中药对照组单纯口服天麻降压饮,西药对照组单纯口服降压西药,治疗组在口服降压西药基础上,加用天麻降压饮,治疗4周观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率:90%,西药对照组总有效率:82.5%,中要对照组总有效率:62.5%。症状总积分疗效比较,治疗组总有效率:85.0%,中药对照组总有效率80%,西药对照组总有效率60%。结论:天麻降压饮配合降压西药(依那普利)治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压,无论从降压,还是改善临床症状两方面均明显优于中药组和西药组。

Objective：To observe clinical curative of Tall Gastrodia Rhizome lowering blood pressure decoctions treating hypertension belong to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG,going with peroral Wesrern medicine lowering blood pressure.The classified hypertension was 1 or 2 degree.Methods：120 patients were divided into three groups that were the treating group（n=40） and the two control groups that were given the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine respectively（n=40,respectively）.All patients were fit for the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnostic criterias The patients in traditional Chinese medicine control group were given Tall Gastrodia Rhizome lowering blood pressure decoctions,peroral western medicine was given to patients in western medicine control group.The patients in treating group were not only supplied with Tall Gastrodia Rhizome lowering blood pressure decoctions but also western medicine.They all were observed four weeks.Results：The total effective rate was seperately 90%,82.5%,62.5% in treating group,western medicine control group and the traditonal Chinese medicine control group as well as the total integral effective rate was 85%,60%,80%.Conclusion：Tall Gastrodia Rhizome lowering blood pressure decoctions going with western medicine（Enalapril） could treat essential hypertension belong to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG well.The effectiveness of lowering blood pressure and improving clinial symptoms was obviously better than Chinese medicine or western medicine seperately.
