新砭石疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床研究

Study on Therapeutic Effect of Bian-stone on Simple Obesity Patients

目的:评价新砭石疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的治疗效果。方法:选取120例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为砭石组和对照组,每组各60例。隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗后进行临床疗效及腰围指数的评价。结果:两组治疗后临床疗效相当(P>0.05)。砭石组治疗后腰围指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新砭石疗法可以有效地治疗单纯性肥胖,疗效与针刺疗法接近,还可以有效地改善腰围指数。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Bian-stone on simple obesity patients.Methods：One hundred and twenty patients of simple obesity were randomly divided into Bian-stone group,acupuncture group,60 cases in each group.The treatment added up to 20 times with every other day.Results：The total effective rates of Bian-stone and acupuncture group were 91.3% and 87.7%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The waistline decreased more in Bian-stone group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bian-stone can effectively treat simple obesity,with a similar therapeutic effect with acupuncture,and it can improve the waistline.
