The core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises is decided by many factors.This article lists the viewpoints from 3 aspects,that is,system structure,organizational functions,and resources and capacity.Starting with these determinants is the basic way to foster the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.The application of knowledge management can promote the enhancement of core competitiveness fundamentally.This article analyzes the mechanism,ways,modes and methods of using knowledge management to foster the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.
