Discussion on Building the Team of Virtual Consulting Firms

随着科技的迅猛发展,一种新兴的网络咨询模式———虚拟咨询企业迅速发展起来,但在其提供了更多高效低成本服务的同时,虚拟咨询企业自身存在的诸多问题也一一显现出来。本文就国内虚拟咨询企业的咨询服务进行了分析,针对其目前存在的问题提出了解决方案,即建立虚拟咨询团队这一咨询运作新模式,以期对虚拟咨询企业今后的发展起到帮助、规范和推动作用。

With the rapid development of science and technology,virtual consulting firms,a new kind of Internet consulting model,grow rapidly.While they provide more high efficiency and low cost service,problems existing in themselves also occur one by one.This article analyzes the consulting service of the virtual consulting firms in China,and proposes a solution to their current problems,that is,to build a virtual consulting team.This is a new consulting model.It is hoped that this model will play a role in assisting,regulating and promoting the development of the virtual consulting firms in future.
