冠状动脉造影确诊冠状动脉开口畸形58例 被引量：1

摘要 冠状动脉开口畸形是一种少见的先天性心血管畸形，它可以不伴有其他先天性心血管畸形而独立存在，在广泛开展冠状动脉造影技术之前极少能够被诊断，一般不伴有明显的临床症状，但也有引起心肌梗死的报道。国外文献报道，其发生率占所有冠状动脉造影人群的0．3％～1．5％，国内仅个例报道。
