点式直线偏振光近红外线治疗仪治疗慢性鼻炎临床疗效观察

Clinical comparative observation on linear polarized near-infrared light irradiation for treating chronic rhinitis

目的:探讨点式直线偏光近红外线治疗仪(以下简称超激光)治疗慢性鼻炎的有效性。方法:选择80例慢性鼻炎患者给予超激光连续治疗20天,分别于治疗5、10、15、20天观察其疗效。结果:超激光连续治疗在5、10、15、20天总有效率分别为37.5%、53.8%、63.8%、88.8%。结论:超激光可以安全有效的缓解慢性鼻炎的症状,值得临床推广应用。

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of linear polarized near-infrared light irradiation （SL） in the treatment of chronic rhinitis,Methods： 80 patients with chronic rhinitis were treated with SL for 20d.The efficacy was evaluated at different time points 5d, 10d, 15d and 20d during the treatment.Results ：The total efficacy rates were respectively 37.5% ,53.8%, 63.8% and 88.8%. The patients showed an immediate satisfied improvement in all efficacy indices ,and SL had a certain degree of sustained effect in treating chronic rhinitis.Conelusion：SL used by this study is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic rhinitis,which is worth being promoted.
