鼻窦真菌球术后应用抗真菌药物的研究

Study of whether to apply antifungal drugs after operation in sinus fungus ball

目的：探讨鼻窦真菌球术后应用抗真菌药物及对患者的影响。方法：对真菌球患者230例中的105例为治疗组局部应用抗真菌药物作鼻窦冲洗，125例为对照组不用抗真菌药物作鼻窦冲洗。结果：术后鼻窦内窥镜随访1-2年，两组均无真菌球复发。结论：非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎经过手术的彻底去除，充分开放窦口，改变真菌赖以生存的内环境是治疗的关键，抗真菌药物的应用不是必须的。

To study the clinical effect of whether to apply antifungal drugs after nasal endoscope surgery in the patients with sinus fungus ball.Methods：The retrospective study on the clinical data of 230 patients diagnosed as sinus fungus ball from 1998 to 2007 was performed. 105 cases received the topical application of antifungal drugs for sinus irrigation,while other 125 cases received sinus irrigation without using antifungal drugs.Results：Endoscopy was followed up for 1-2 years after operation, the two groups had no recurrence of fungus ball.Conclusion： Completely removing non-invasive fungal sinusitis through surgery ,fully opening sinus and then changing the dependent internal environment for fungi survival are the key to treatment. Fungal drug application is not required.
