摘要
目的:探讨喉部恶性肿瘤的临床表现、病理类型、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:回顾性分析5例喉部恶性肿瘤的病例资料并复习文献。结果:5例喉部恶性肿瘤分别为2例喉类癌、2例喉癌肉瘤、1例多形型喉横纹肌肉瘤。结论:喉类癌以声门上为主,局部肿瘤往往无包膜;喉癌肉瘤以声门处病变为主,多呈息肉样外观;喉横纹肌肉瘤十分罕见,喉部以多形性横纹肌肉瘤多见。
To analyze and discuss the clinical features, pathology, diagnosis ,treatment and prognosis of malignant laryngeal neoplasms.Methods：Five cases of laryngeal neoplasms were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results： Of the 5 cases,2 cases were carcinosarcoma,2 cases were Carcinoid,only 1 case was rhabdomyosarcoma（RMS）.Conclusion：Laryngeal carcinoid is mainly located in the supraglottic portion without envelop in local tumor; laryngeal carcinosarcoma commonly has glottis lesion mostly with polyp-like appearance;rhabdomyosarcoma is rare,which is dominated by polymorphic RMS.
