摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀护理在门诊换药患者中的满意度。方法:通过加强门诊换药护士的综合素质的培养,转变护理服务观念,树立人文关怀护理理念,与患者建立良好的护患关系,从而提高换药患者的满意度。将300例门诊换药患者随机分为干预组(人文关怀护理)150例和对照组(常规换药护理)150例。结果:干预组患者对护士服务态度、伤口换药处置的满意度均为96.67%,对照组患者对护理服务态度和伤口换药处置的满意度分别是83.33%和86.67%,两组总满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:通过对门诊换药患者实施人文关怀护理,能提高换药护士的整体综合素质和护理服务质量,构建良好的护患关系,使患者的满意度得到提高。
To study the intervention actions of humanism concern nursing to put into practice for raising the satisfaction rate of the outpatients needing change dressing.Methods : Strengthening the comprehensive quality training on the outpatient clinic changedressing nurses, changing the concept of nursing service, establishing the nursing idea of humanism concern and the better nurse-patient relationship were executed to raise the patients′ satisfaction rate. 300 outpatients of change dressing were randomly divided into intervention group(humanism concern nursing) and control group(routine change dressing nursing), 150 cases in each group.Results :The satisfactory rates of the patients to the nurse service manner and the wound change dressing handling all were 96.67% in the intervention group, but 83.33% and 86.67% in the control group respectively,which showing statistical significance between the 2 groups (all X2〉 10.60,P〈0.005).Conelusion:Implementing the humanism concern nursing care to the outpatients needing change dressing could raise the patients' satisfaction rate and construct the favorable nurse-patient relationship, and boosted the whole comprehensive quality and nursing service quality.
