窄谱中波紫外线联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

Effect of combined narrow band ultraviolet B and tazarrotene gel on psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法寻常型银屑病患者240例分成3组,A组予NB-UVB隔日1次照射,并每晚外用他扎罗汀凝胶;B组每晚外用他扎罗汀凝胶;C组单纯予NB-UVB隔日照射,疗程共8周。结果3组患者治疗后有效率分别为82.9%、62.8%、73.3%。各组疗前与疗后的PASI评分间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中联合疗法效果最好,单独NB-UVB照射次之,单纯外用他扎罗汀凝胶也有一定疗效,各组治疗后有效率间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组于治疗过程中仅出现轻微红斑瘙痒,无严重不良反应发生。结论NB-UVB联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of combined narrow band-ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） and tazarrotene gel in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Two hundred and forty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into groups A,B and C,80 patients in each group.Patients in group A were treated with combined NB-UVB radiation（once a day） and topical tazarrotene gel cream in the evening.Patients in group B were treated with topical tazarrotene gel cream in the evening,and patients in group C received treatment with NB-UVB radiation,once every other day for 8 weeks.Results The effective rate was 82.9%,62.8% and 73.3% for the 3 groups,respectively.The distinction of PASI score in 3 groups was significantly different before and after treatment（P0.05）.The effective rate of combined NB-UVB radiation and topical tazarrotene gel cream was the highest followed by that of topical tazarrotene gel and NB-UVB radiation（P0.05）.Only mild erythemas and itching were observed in the 3 groups during the treatment and no severe side effect occurred.Conclusion Combined NB-UVB and tazarrotene gel is effective and safe in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
