老年糖尿病合并高血压患者自我管理意识调查

Self-management consciousness in old patients with diabetes mellitus accompanying hypertension

目的了解60岁以上老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的自我管理意识及相关因素,为实施健康教育提供依据。方法以自编调查表对120例60岁以上老年"双高"患者的自我管理意识进行调查。结果57例患者自我管理状况欠佳,影响自我管理的主要相关因素为年龄、文化程度、病程、配偶状况、合并并发症状况、家庭支持状况等(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并高血压患者健康教育过程中,要注重患者家庭、社会等因素对自我管理能力的影响。

Objective To provide the evidence for health education by investigating the self-management consciousness and its related factors in patients at the age of over 60 years with diabetes mellitus accompanying hypertension.Methods A questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to investigate the self-management consciousness in 120 patients at the age of over 60 years with diabetes mellitus accompanying hypertension.Results The self-management consciousness was poor in 57 out of the 120 patients.The factors influencing their self-management consciousness were age,educational level,course of disease,complications of diabetes mellitus,spouse status,and family support,etc.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the factors influencing the self-management consciousness during the health education of patients with diabetes mellitus accompanying hypertension.
