溃疡性结肠炎的心理社会因素研究

A survey of the psycho-social factors in patients with ulcerative colitis

采用病例配对方法研究了43例溃疡性结肠炎的心理社会因素，结果显示，病例组内外倾分、神经质分显著高于对照组；病例组生活事件紧张总值、SCL—90的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性和总痛苦水平显著高于对照组。提示溃疡性结肠炎病人存在个性缺陷、心理障碍和生活事件应激过大的趋势。

To investigate the mental state and effects of psycho-social factors on patients with ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods: Using paired method of cases, the personality and psychosocial factors of 43cases with ulcerative colitis were assessed, whose UC were identified by endoscopy and X-ray, 43 of healthy control asa paired group. Results:The UC patients had a low score in E scale but a high score in N scale of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ);higher level of life event units and hith scorea in somatization, obsession,depression. anxiety, phobia,psychiatric symptoms and total mental suffering levels of Symptom Check List - 90(SCL- 90). Conclusion: The UC patients had a tendency of personali - tive and mental disorder, and more life events,would be cured by psychotherapy and somatotherapy.
