针刺对大鼠脊髓损伤后内源性神经干细胞的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨针刺对大鼠脊髓损伤后内源性神经干细胞(ENSCs)的诱导分化。方法 25只成年SD雄性大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组和针刺治疗组。假手术组不损伤脊髓,模型组和针刺治疗组用改良Allen’s重物坠击法制备脊髓损伤模型。模型组不予任何处理;针刺治疗组予以针刺治疗,每日1次,7d为1疗程,共2个疗程。于2周后取材,对距离损伤中心5mm的脊髓行免疫组化染色,检测Nestin、Brdu、NSE、GFAP的表达。结果 Nestin和Brdu的表达针刺治疗组较模型组多,假手术组最少;NSE的表达针刺治疗组较模型组多,但少于假手术组;GFAP的表达模型组高于针刺治疗组,假手术组最低。结论针刺对大鼠脊髓损伤后内源性神经干细胞有诱导分化作用。 Objective:To investigate the differentiation effect of acupuncture on endogenous neural stem cells(ENSCs) after spinal cord injury in rats.Methods:25 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups such as the sham-operation group,the model group and the acupuncture group.The Allen's method was used to be the spinal cord injury model.After 2 treatment courses,the spinal cords were stained by the immunohistochemical method.And then,expressions of Nestin,Brdu,NSE and GFAP were tested.Results:The Nestin and the Brdu expression of the acupuncture group were more than those of the model group.There were the least expressions in the sham-operation group.The NSE expression in the acupuncture group was more than it in the model group and fewer than it in the sham-operation group.The GFAP expression in the model group was higher than it in the acupuncture group.This least expression was in the sham-operation group.Conclusion:Acupuncture can activate endogenous neural stem cells after spinal cord injury in rats.
