精神偏执症刍议

Mental Paranoid

为探讨精神偏执症的临床特征和诊断归属．通过简要学习有关文献和典型病例剖析，结果显示,妄想（幻觉）、荒谬离奇，精神药物治疗基本无效，但人格保持完整，社会适应良好,不出现精神衰退。揭示本病的妄想性质近似精神分裂症（偏执型）．而精神活动的完整性和病程转归近似偏执狂。建议把本病归属在偏执性精神病的范畴。

objective The aim of this study is to explore the clinical character and diagnosis attribution of mental paranoid. Methods: Simply review of related literature and analysis of typical cases. Results: Delusion halluciation is absurd. The therapy of psychiatric medicine is effectless,But the personality remins complete. Social adaptation is good,mental degeneration doesn't occur.Conclusion:The delusive character of this psychiatry is similar to schizophrenia. But the completion of mental activity and the attribution of psychiatric course are similar to paranoid. It is suggested that this psychiatry is attributed to category of paranoid psychiatry.
