摘要 目的探讨慢性心理应激对大鼠行为及血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法利用慢性不可预见的中等强度应激制作大鼠慢性心理应激模型,观察其行为的改变;采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定其血清IL-2、IL-6和hsCRP的含量。结果应激后大鼠旷场活动性降低(P<0.05),血清IL-2、IL-6和hsCRP含量显著增高(P<0.05)。结论慢性心理应激可以显著影响大鼠的行为和血清炎性因子水平. Objective To explore the effects of chronic psychological stress on behaviors and serum concentrations of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) in rats.Methods The chronic psychological stress model was mimicked by chronic unpredictable mild stress in rats.The behaviors of rats were observed and the levels of serum IL-2,IL-6 and hsCRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method.Results After the rats were subjected to chronic unpredictable mild stress stimulus,the stress open-field activity were lower(P0.05);the levels of serum IL-2,IL-6 and hsCRP were significantly higher in contrast to normal rats(P0.05).Conclusion Chronic psychological stress can significantly influence the emotional behaviors and serum inflammatory factors levels in rats.
