摘要
设计了一种基于电流模式的电压基准源,基准电压值可灵活调节,范围达几百毫伏到几伏。提出了一种实现形式简单、可扩展性强的新型分段补偿电流产生电路。在-40℃~135℃温度范围内,加入一路分段补偿电流能使电压基准源的温度系数从3×10-5/℃降为2.8×10-6/℃;加入两路补偿电流,得到的温度系数为6×10-7/℃。分段补偿电流对电压基准源的温度特性提升效果明显。
A voltage reference source based on current-mode was designed.The reference voltage,which was adjustable,accommodated a wide range of values from hundred milivolts to volts.A novel piecewise compensation current generator was proposed,which was simple and scalable.Within the temperature range from-40 ℃ to 135 ℃,temperature coefficient of the voltage reference circuit was reduced from 3×10-5/℃ to 2.8×10-6/℃with one piecewise compensating current.And with two piecewise compensating currents,it could be reduced to 6×10-7/℃.It is obvious that piecewise compensation current could significantly improve temperature characteristics of the voltage reference source.
