一种多模式高稳定性锂电池充电芯片的设计

摘要 对具有涓流、恒流和恒压等多模式充电锂电池线性充电器进行研究,提出了新型的恒流、恒压充电电路;对充电环路的稳定性进行研究,利用新型电路结构提高环路稳定性;最后,基于CSMC 0.5μm混合CMOS工艺,对整个芯片进行实现。后仿真结果表明,芯片具有高精度、高稳定性的特点。 A linear charger with trickle,constant current and constant voltage modes for Li-ion battery was stu-died.A novel constant-current and constant-voltage charging circuit was proposed.The stability of charging loop was improved by using the novel circuit.The charger IC was implemented based on CSMC's 0.5 μm mix-signal CMOS technology.Results from post-simulation showed that the proposed charger IC featured high resolution and high stability.
