摘要
对于井下车辆紧急避险和救援与车辆指挥领域,由于处于多学科交叉点,很少有研究。基于此,研究了基于信息技术的煤矿井下应急救援与交通指挥系统,详细阐述了该系统的基本组成、工作原理及设计方案。该系统由地面控制软件系统和井下通信执行硬件2个部分组成,基于SQL数据库的数据共享编程和面向对象的C#开发语言实现。全面分析了矿井可能出现的各种事故,并制定煤矿应急救援体系和交通规则,通过对系统测试,调度员能及时准确地了解井下交通状况,当发生事故时候能够及时启动应急救援或紧急避险体系。科技查新结果表明,该技术将有助于煤矿井下矿井灾害时期的避险、救援指挥和车辆交通安全,在国内外具有实质性技术特点。
As for the underground mine vehicle in an emergency refuge and the rescue and vehicle commanding,due to at the crossing point of the multi subjects,which was less been studied,based on the circumstances,the paper had a study on the underground mine emergency rescue and traffic commanding system based on the information technology and in detail stated the working principle and the design plan of the system.The system was consisted with the two components,including the surface control software system and the underground mine communication performance hardware.The system was realized with the data joint sharing program and the faced object C# development language.The paper fully analyzed the different accidents possibly occurred in the underground mine and set up the mine emergency rescue system and the traffic regulations.With the measurement and test of the system,the dispatcher would timely and accurately understand the underground mine traffic conditions.When an accident occurred,the emergency rescue or an emergency refuge system could be timely started.The technical new results showed that the technology would be favorable to the refuge,rescue commanding and vehicle traffic safety and would have the essenced technical features at home and abroad.
