摘要
利用MasterCAM进行数控加工编程时,可以采用限制刀具边界、设置干涉面、设置加工参数以及修剪已产生的刀具轨迹等方法控制加工区域,完成对刀具路径的合理规划。通过灵活规划刀具路径,采用多种曲面加工方法组合,对某一电子产品外壳铜电极进行数控编程加工,不仅满足了零件的技术要求,而且提高了生产效率。
Using MasterCAM programming for NC machining,by using the ways such as restricting tool boundaries,choosing check surfaces,setting machining parameter and trimming tool path and etc,can select processing region to complete the tool path of rational planning.Through flexible planning tool path,using a variety of surfaces combination of electronic shell of a copper electrode for NC programming process,not only meets the technical requirements of parts,but also improve the efficiency of production.
