摘要
针对当前线切割自动编程系统存在的问题,开发了图形交互式数控线切割自动编程系统。阐述了系统的架构,并给出系统关键技术如DXF文件读取、轨迹排序、代码生成和加工仿真等的解决方案,并给出了多个系统运行实例。实践证明,该系统操作简单方便,符合中小企业的实际需求。
To solve problems that exist in WEDM automobile programming system,this paper develops a system,presents system architecture,gives solutions for DXF file reading,trajectory sorting,code generation and Simulation.This paper explains some operation examples of system.Practice has proved that it is simple convenient,meet the actual needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
