基于PLC的供配电监控系统的设计

The Design of the System of Monitoring and Controlling Electrical Supply Based on PLC

供配电监控系统是整个变电站的命脉,它对变电站内各用电设备进行集中监视和管理。随着综合性、多功能变电站的不断发展,对供配电系统的可靠性提出了更高的要求,因此,对变电站中供配电系统的实时监测更加关注。以35kV变电站供配电系统为基础,设计并实现了一套能完成自动监控的供配电系统。选用S7-400PLC作为现场级的控制设备,运用PLC编制监控程序,通过组态软件WinCC 6.0的监控界面来实现对供配电系统的监控。对系统的硬件配置和监控软件功能进行了介绍,并对图形监控系统的实现进行了讨论。

The system of monitoring and controlling electrical supply and outfit is the vitals of the power station,which scouts and manages the electro-equipment within the station.Along with the development of the power station with the character of integration and more function,the system of electrical supply and outfit is requested higher dependability.So we do much more attention in inspecting the power station.The paper has designed a set of electrical supply and outfit system,based with the system in the 35kV power station,causes the auto control function.PLC is used for the local control process.And the configuration software of WinCC 6.0 is used to design monitor and control interface.It introduces the hardware configuration and function of supervising software of the system,and discusses the realization of graphic supervisory control system.
