摘要
传统电力工业的市场化改革给电源和电网规划的协调带来了巨大的挑战,结合我国电力改革发展历程,通过借鉴国外的研究成果,对我国目前的电源和电网投资比例进行了对比分析及理论计算,得出了我国合理的电源、电网规模比例和投资比例,并对我国未来十年的电力投资情况进行了预测。
The traditional power industry＇s market reform has brought great challenges to the coordination of power supply planning and power network planning.With China reality of Electricity reform,this paper sets out a comparative analysis of the ratio for China＇s current investment of power supply and power network by drawing lessons from foreign research results.The situation of China＇s power investment in the next 15 years was forecast.
