摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18色谱柱,用紫外检测器对SPRI–90827进行了定量分析。该方法简单、快速、准确,标准偏差为0.85,变异系数为0.48%,平均回收率为99.7%。
Using HPLC with the ultraviolet detector and C18 chromatographic column,SPRI-90827 has been carried on the quantitative analysis.This method is simple,fast and accurate.The standard deviation is 0.85,the coefficient of variation is 0.48%,and the average recovery is 99.7%.
