摘要
分析高强螺栓外伸端板连接中,端板厚度、螺栓直径、节点域加劲肋、端板加劲肋等对高强螺栓拉力分布和承载力的影响。分析结果表明:1)随着外伸端板厚度增加,高强螺栓受到的拉力减小,当端板厚度较薄时,由于板件变形产生的附加撬力使高强螺栓受到的拉力增大,进一步证明了高强螺栓受拉连接中撬力的存在以及对其产生的不利影响;2)外伸端板受拉翼缘两侧螺栓受到的拉力基本相等,当节点连接板件的刚度满足设计要求时,高强螺栓转动中心位于受压翼缘附近,压应力由端板和柱翼缘共同传递,螺栓拉力分布符合T型件计算模型;3)外伸端板设置斜向加劲肋,可以增加外伸端板刚度,减小撬力影响。当节点域不设置加劲肋时,对柱翼缘设置背板进行局部加强,背板的加强作用不明显。研究结果可为高强螺栓外伸端板连接工程应用提供参考。
It is analysed the influence of the end-plate thickness,bolt diameter,stiffeners of the node domain and the end-plate stiffeners on the tension distribution of high-strength bolts and bearing capacity.The results show that:1)the tension of the high-strength bolts will be reduced with the thickness of the extended end-plate increased.When the end-plate is thin,the additional prying force generated by the deformation of the plate will increase the tension of the high-strength bolts,it further proves the existence of the prying force in the node connected by tension and the adverse effects on the high-strength bolts;2)the pull of the bolts on both sides of the tensile flange is almost equal,when the stiffness of the node connecting plates meet the design requirements,the high-strength bolts rotation center is located near the compression flange,the compressive stress is transferred by the end plate and column flange together,the distributions of bolt tension in T-piece computing model;3)the diagonal stiffener of extended end-plate can increase the stiffness of end-plate,reduce impact of prying force.When set a back-plate to reinforce the column flange without node domain stiffeners,the reinforcement is not obvious.The results can provide applications for the engineering of high-strength bolts extended end-plate connections.
