摘要
在常见的网壳结构中,网壳一般用做屋面结构,自支承或支承于其他结构上,而将网壳用做它承结构尚不多见。以具体工程为背景,分析单层杯形网壳作为竖向承重结构支撑楼板时的受力性能。结合网壳的几何形式,从结构概念上分析荷载传递分体系的构成,阐述整体结构的受力特点并在设计中对其进行验证。此外,对工程中两种较为特殊的鼓节点和滑动支座节点的设计进行介绍。最后对结构进行动力特性分析和不同荷载工况下的特征值屈曲分析。结果表明,结构整体刚度分布较为合理;结构的线性极限承载力较大,结构整体稳定性较好。网壳作为竖向承重结构既满足了建筑形式丰富的要求,又发挥了壳体受力合理的特点,实现了建筑与结构的相容与统一。
Lattice shell structures which are normally used as the roofs are supported by other structures or supported by themselves.That is seldom those lattice shell structures provide supports for other structures.Based on a certain practical project,the mechanical behaviors were studied for a single layer lattice shell cup-like taken as a supporting to floors.The configuration of load transfer sub-system was conceptually analyzed according to the geometrical pattern required by architecture effect.The mechanical features of the whole structure were illuminated and validated in the process of design.In addition,two specific joints such as drum-like joint and sliding joint were introduced.Finally the dynamic characteristics of the structure and the eigen-buckling under different load cases were implemented.The results show that,the whole stiffness distribution of the structure is reasonable;the linear ultimate bearing capacity of the structure for stability is higher and the overall stability of the structure is very well.The lattice shell structures used as supports to the vertical load bearing structures can not only satisfy the requirements of architecture,but also give reasonably play to mechanical behaviors of the shell structure,thus reach the purpose of unity and compatibility between the architecture and the structure.
