摘要
钢结构箱形桥梁,具有跨度大、净空高、施工周期短等优点,但由于受运输及吊装条件限制,往往分成多个节段,这就给现场连续吊装的精度控制带来难度。通过运用控制点、控制线、焊接顺序及三维模型等措施后,可有效地将箱梁吊装完成后的精度严格控制在相关规范允许范围之内,不但保证了质量与工期,还为后续桥面的铺装工作提供了良好的界面。
The bridge using steel box beam has any superiority as big span,high vertical space and shorter construction period etc.but due to transport and lifting restrictions,the bridge maybe divided into several section,it is difficulty to control the precision of lifting.By using point,line,welding sequence and 3-D model,it can effectirely control the precision of the beam hoisting in the permissible.It's not only guarantee the quality and the construction of the bridge,but also providing agood interface for the follow-up work.
