摘要 为了提高船模重量、重心及转动惯量测量与调整的精度和效率,基于力矩平衡原理和微幅摆原理,研究了船模重量、重心及转动惯量的测量方法,设计并研制了船模重量、重心及转动惯量集成电测系统,分析了系统误差,进行了标模测量试验,将测量数据与标模固有参数进行了比较,分析了测量系统的精度和重复性.试验证明,系统测量精度高,重复性好,能够很好地满足船模水池实验室船模试验需求,具有实际应用价值. To improve the efficiency and precision of measuring and adjusting the weight,center of gravity,and moment of inertia of a ship model,the principle of equilibrium of moment and the small scale principle were used to study the method of measuring the weight,center of gravity,and moment of inertia for a ship model.An integrated electrical measuring system of weight,center of gravity,and moment of inertia for a ship model was designed and developed,and the systematic error was analyzed.Standard model experiments were carried out to compare the metrical data with the inherent standard model parameters and analyze the precision and repeatability of the measuring system.Many experiments confirm that the repeatability of the measuring system is acceptable and the precision is high,meeting the demands of the ship model test in a laboratory pool.The measuring system has improved practical value.
