摘要
针对质量功能展开QFD方法在武器装备论证需求分析应用中的存在问题,提出了基于Kano模型的武器装备论证需求分析方法,并给出了该方法的实现过程和应用实例.该方法不但可以对装备需求进行分类,而且通过计算每项需求的用户满意度和不满意度系数,能够量化得出装备需求的重要度,并转化为需求权重,作为QFD质量屋需求重要度矩阵的输入.计算结果与理论分析相一致,证明了方法的有效性.该方法有助于论证人员在武器装备论证需求分析中,加深对装备需求的理解,提高QFD方法应用结果的准确性.
While aiming to solve problems in the application of the quality function deployment(QFD) method for requirement analysis of weapons and equipment demonstration,an approach based on the Kano model was proposed.The process of calculation and a case study were also given.With this approach,requirements of weapons and equipment were identified and classified.The importance degrees of the requirements,which can be converted to weights and put into a house of quality(HOQ),were quantified by the satisfaction and dissatisfaction coefficient of the requirements.The calculation results show the effectiveness of the approach compared with the theory analysis.The method can help demonstrators understand the requirements better and improve the accuracy of QFD applications in requirement analysis of weapons and equipment demonstration.
