浙江省实施节能地方标准绩效分析

为了摸清浙江省工业节能地方标准化现状,以浙江省工业产品能耗限额标准的制修订和实施为重点,对浙江省工业节能标准化工作的主要成绩和存在的问题进行了研究,并从加强标准制修订工作、积极推进节能标准实施、强化节能标准监督三个方面提出了进一步推进浙江省节能标准化工作的政策建议。

In order to find out the provincial industry energy saving standardization status of Zhejiang, a study on main achievements and existing problems of Zhejiang industry energy saving standard was carried out with the emphasis on the establishment and implementation of Zhejiang industrial products energy consumption quota standard. In an effort to promote the Zhejiang industry energy saving standardization, the study provided three policy recommendations which included strengthening drafting, implementation and supervision of energy-saving standard
