摘要
目的 了解吡柔比星的抗肿瘤活性及毒性反应。方法 以吡柔比星为主联合化疗治疗６２例中晚期恶性肿瘤。结果 完全缓解５ 例、部分缓解３２例，有效率５９．６％ （３７／６２）。毒副反应主要为消化道反应、骨髓抑制、脱发、无肝肾功能损害、无心电图异常。结论 吡柔比星具有抗多种肿瘤活性且毒性作用低，具有较好前景的抗肿瘤药物。
? Objective To assess the treatment efficacy and toxic side effects of pirarubicin Methods 62 cases of middle and advanced malignant tumor treated with THP combinative chemotherapy were analysed. Results Complete response was observed in 5 patients.Partial response was observed in 32 patients.The overall response rate was 59.6%.The major toxic effects were gastrointestinal reaction,arrest of bone marrow and alopecia.The function of liver and kidney was not damaged.There was abnormal EKG.Conclusion THP was an effective drug in the treatment of various malignant tumors.The toxicity was tolerated. 〔
