摘要
目的探讨沿骨骼肌出现的继发性兴奋反应与“循经感传”机制的关系。方法实验用离体的坐骨神经—腓肠肌组织和后肢的坐骨神经及其分支、腓肠肌、趾长伸肌—胫前肌。结果刺激坐骨神经引起的腓肠肌纤维兴奋过程中的去极化电位形成的综合电流能刺激穿越该肌的神经,引起该神经支配的肌肉继发性兴奋反应。结论由于外周神经干中包含有传入的感觉神经和传出的运动神经,即可能引起继发性的感觉迁移和步进性运动反应,这种反应可能涉及到中医经络研究中观察到的循环感传现象的机制。
Objective:To study relation between secondary excitation in nerve muscles and “Propagated sensations along Meridian”.methods:Experiments were performed on isolated and leg nerve muscles preparation of rat in order to investigate the secondary excitation of electrical activity of muscle on the contiguous nerve.Results:Action potential of muscle is capable of producing excitation of the nerve adjacent of the muscle and inducing ephatic transmission of excitation from muscle to nerve.Conclusion:These secondary influence of nerve might induce the responses of displaceable sensation and marching locomotion along longitudinal limbs and trunk,which is involved in mechanism of propagated sensations along Meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
