摘要
为充分发挥刻槽钻杆应用于突出煤层钻进的优势,分析了刻槽钻杆螺旋槽宽度、深度、螺距的变化对排渣效果的影响情况。建立Ф50刻槽钻杆煤层钻孔三维模型,对不同参数的刻槽钻杆在钻孔内的排渣情况进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:螺旋槽宽度为12 mm,深度为1.1 mm,螺距为76 mm,排渣效果最优;通过突出煤层钻进工业性试验,钻进深度平均提高36.2%,钻进效率提高41.5%,且刻槽钻杆表面温差较小。
In order to give full play to the advantage of the grooved drill pipe used in outburst coal seam,analyzed the effect of changes of spiral-channel width,depth and pitch of grooved drill pipe on the slag removal.Established coal seam drilling three-dimensional model for 50 grooved drill pipe,carried on a numerical simulation for the grooved drill pipe slag removal situation in drilling.The results of study show that when the spiral-channel width L=12 mm,depth H=1.1 mm,pitch S=76 mm,the slag removal result is optimal.Through the industrial experiment in outburst coal seam,the depth of drilling improves by 36.2% on average,the efficiency of drilling improves by 41.5%,and the difference in temperature is smaller on the surface of grooved drill pipe.
