某型高炮零位指示器是用来指示高炮失调程度和检查瞄准精度的随动部件,针对模拟信号的缺点,对该部件进行了数字化分析和研究。运用模数转换器将零位指示器的模拟输入信号转变为数字信号,再通过单片机控制,最后由液晶屏显示,改善了其读数的方便性、准确度,提高了高炮夜间和雨天作战的能力,适应了部队装备信息化的发展。

The indicator with zero is a sort of servo system component,which is used to instruct the anti-aircraft artillery misalignment and check the aim accuracy.Aimed at the faults of analog signals,the paper researched on digital zero indicator based on the working principle.The analog signals were changed into digital signals by A/D converter,then controlled by SCM and displayed through LCD.The improved indicator has lots of advantages such as convenient in reading,higher in accuracy,and so on.It enhanced the fighting ability in night and rainy days,and adapted the demand of informatization development.
