On the Evolution of the Discourse Power of China's Various Social Classes

实现均衡阶层话语权是促进社会和谐与公平正义的重要保证。处于转型期的当代中国,阶层话语权却出现了严重失衡。在后现代社会专业化、体制化、有机化、商业化、媒体化浪潮中,公共知识分子消退了,无法有效地承担起社会话语批判的责任,这是影响当代中国社会阶层话语权失衡的重要社会根源。

Achieving balanced discourse power for all the social classes is an important guarantee for social harmony,fairness and justice.But in the course of China's transformation there occurs a serious imbalance of discourse power among the various classes.In the post-modern waves of specialization,institutionalism,organization,commercialization,and media dominance,the public intellectuals are fading and are unable to assume effectively the role of social criticism,which is an important cause of the imbalance of discourse power among the social classes.
