从外部环境信息的收集和分析,SWOT分析技术,战略规划的制定、实施、调整和绩效测量等方面,研究图书馆战略规划问题,认为创新和变革是图书馆战略规划的核心,图书馆能够通过战略规划影响政府的公共政策和战略目标。
From the collection and analysis of external environment information,SWOT analysis,strategic planning establishment,implementation,adjustment and performance measurement,etc.,this article explores the library strategic planning and elaborates that innovation and change are the core of library strategic planning;the library can influence government＇s public policy and strategic objectives through the strategic planning.
