摘要
结合实际案例中的电磁兼容问题,有针对性地采取了软启动设计、DC/DC及滤波设计、PCB设计与屏蔽设计等措施。结果表明:浪涌电流减少至原来的1/20,输出纹波减少至原来的1/3,通过对载荷的输出电源线传导发射测试和二次电源机箱的辐射发射测试,其测量值均满足相关标准的要求。
Combined with the EMC problem in actual research of a space payload,some countermeasures were adopted pertinently,including soft start,DC/DC transformation,filtering,PCB and shielding design.The results showed that the surge current deceased to 1/20,the output ripple decreased to 1/3.The RE and CE test results could meet the requirements of relevant national military standard.
