摘要
隧道结构健康监测是运营期间为预防隧道结构发生老化、裂缝、以至破坏事件发生所采取的有效措施。结合太原—澳门高速公路河南平顶山段隧道工程,通过隧道二衬施工期间在结构中埋设应变计、钢筋计及孔隙水压力计等传感器,实时采集并分析隧道的受力状态,同时根据大型有限元软件ANSYS理论分析结果,得到了隧道安全极限的门槛值,以实现对隧道结构健康状况的安全监控。
Health monitoring of tunnel structure is an effective measure against aging, cracking or even destruction during service period. Combined with tunnel engineering construction in Henan Pingdingshan section of Taiyuan-Macao Expressway, the real-time stress state of tunnel is collected and analyzed by imbedding strain gauge, reinforcement meter and pore water pressure gauge in tunnel structure during secondary lining construction. Meanwhile, through theoretical analysis using large finite element software ANSYS, the threshold value of tunnel safety limit is obtained to realize safety monitoring of health condition of tunnel structure.
