Up to now, when all
direct methods for computing eigenvector derivatives are used to solve the derivatives of many
eigenvectors, they are tremendous time consuming. In order to save the computer time in the
calculation of many eigenvector derivatives, an efficient method for computing eigenvector
derivatives is developed in this paper. This method is based on two mathematical LEMMAs
and a developed mixed power series of the dynamic flexibility presented in this paper and
shows the higher computational efficiency as compared with other direct methods, especially in
multiple eigenvector derivative calculation of a large design system.
