摘要
继承并不仅仅指财产继承,而且还应当包括人格继承。人格继承这一新概念有其特定的含义,并可以被科学地证成。与此相应,人格继承制度也具有其特定的结构。继承概念在其内涵上的这种革命性变革,不可能不对继承法的制度结构产生重大影响。
Inheritance should include not only property inheritance,but also personality inheritance.Personality inheritance has its distinct meaning and can be proved scientifically.Accordingly,the personality inheritance system has its particular structure.This revolutionary change in inheritance concept has definitely a grand influence upon the system structure of succession law.
