解放战争时期,中共策动了百万国民党军起义(包括和平改编),大大缩短了解放战争的进程,甚至有学者把这一现象称为解放战争的第三条路线。透过现象看本质,中共不仅在军事战场上采取了适宜的战略战术,而且宣传工作也体现了极高的艺术特色和时代魅力。主要表现在:宣传主体方面,依托健全的宣传组织机构,以严肃科学态度开展宣传工作;宣传内容方面,根据形势发展变化,适时调整宣传策略及方针,体现历史唯物主义辩证法;宣传渠道和载体方面,以报刊、广播为主体,其他宣传形式为补充,辐射扩大自身影响;此外,宣传对象方面,通过树立榜样,以点带面,发挥示范效应。

During the war of liberation, CCP inspired millions of the enemy army uprising （including peaceful reorganization）, which greatly shortened the process of the war of liberation. Even some scholars called the phenomenon as the third line of the war of liberation. Through the appearance to perceive the essence, CCP not only had adopted the correct strategy and tactics in the military field, its propaganda had embodied high artistic character. First, CCP established a sound organization and made efforts to promote the work of the publicity with a seieritifie attitude. Second, according to the development of the changes, CCP adopted right publicity strategy. Third, many methods was carried out to promote publicity.
