摘要
介绍了阳离子悬乳液体系的研究结果,认为该体系不仅具有良好的抗温性、良好的抗污染能力、良好的加重稳定性和良好的润滑性能,还能很好地保护油气层,对环境无污染。针对该体系的特点,将其应用到高难度大位移井AT1-14X井的三开施工中,成功地克服了在61°的稳斜段下,水平位移长达1133 m时的携砂问题,解决了该井三开井段防塌、润滑两大难题,优质高效地完成了该井的钻井施工。
In this study, cationic suspension emulsion system is introduced, and it is believed that the system not only hasgood temperature resistance, anti-pollution capacity, weighted stability and lubricity, but also can protect reservoirs and have no environmental pollution. Moreover, it is applied to the third spudding operation of diffcultly extended-reach AT1-14X well. When thehorizontal displacement reaches up to 1133m, there is a sand canying problem below the steady inclined section with angle of 61°. The problem has been successfully overcome by the system. The two problems such as anti-sloughing and lubrication in third spudding interval are also solved. Finally, the drilling operation is completed with high quality and efficiency.
