住房城乡建设系统艾滋病防治师资培训的必要性研究

The effect of HIV/AIDS prevention training in housing and urban-rural development system

目的本文旨在通过对住房城乡建设系统2007-2008年艾滋病防治师资培训的结果进行分析,阐述其重要性,从而为进一步在本系统开展此类培训提供数据支持。方法通过文献研究、问卷调查等方法对住房和城乡建设部2007和2008年艾滋病防治师资培训前后调查问卷进行统计分析。结果 2007年,通过培训住房城乡建设系统骨干教师艾滋病防治知识总知晓率水平显著提高,从75.08%提高到90.10%。2008年也得到显著提高。结论经过艾滋病防治知识培训,住房城乡建设系统骨干教师在艾滋病防治基础知识、政策和宣传方法各方面都得到了提高,因此该类培训对于提高住房城乡建设系统艾滋病防治骨干教师的能力,促进住房城乡建设系统艾滋病防治工作顺利开展,是非常必要的。

Objective To evaluate the effect of HIV/AIDS training in housing and urban-rural development system.Methods Literature review and questionnaire surveys were conducted to analyze the training effect of HIV/AIDS prevention in the agencies of housing and urban-rural development system.The data were collected from HIV/AIDS prevention instructors who were trained in the year of 2007 and 2008.Results 75.2%（85/113） of trainees had undergraduate education.The HIV/AIDS related basic knowledge,prevention policies understanding and education skills increased significantly for trainees after the training（P〈0.05）.The AIDS awareness of trainees was also significantly enhanced after training.Conclusion The training provided HIV prevention instructors essential HIV/AIDS related knowledge, government policies,prevention strategies and education skills.
