造影剂智能跟踪血管摄影技术在下肢血管造影中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:与分段采集下肢动脉数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查比较,评价Bolus chase技术(造影剂智能跟踪血管摄影技术)在下肢血管造影中的价值。方法:对49例疑下肢动脉病变的患者行双下肢血管造影,20例采用Bolus chase技术进行下肢动脉造影检查,29例行分段采集下肢动脉DSA检查,并对影像资料的图像质量、造影剂用量和检查时间进行对比分析。结果:49例患者中,下肢动脉正常5例(10.2%),管壁不规则13例(27.5%),单侧或双侧下肢动脉狭窄或闭塞31例(63.3%)。Bolus chase技术与分段采集下肢动脉DSA技术,2者的图像质量分级分别为Ⅰ级12例和16例(P>0.05);Ⅱ级8例和12例(P>0.05)。前者造影剂平均注射剂量为(43.0±5.7)mL,后者造影剂平均注射剂量为(92.0±5.3)mL,前者平均总造影时间为(9.3±1.3)min,后者平均总造影时间为(15.3±3.3)min,造影剂平均注射剂量与平均总造影时间的P值均<0.05。结论:Bolus chase在获得大范围高质量下肢动脉全景图像质量上与传统的DSA方法相当,但减低了对比剂用量和缩短检查时间。 Objective: To evaluate the value of"Bolus Chase"technique in lower extremity angiogra-phy.Methods: 49 patients suspected of lower limb vascular disease underwent angiography."Bolus Chase" was used in 20 cases and segment acquisition DSA technique in 29 ones.The image quality,volume of contrast media and total examination time were compared in both method respectively.Results: Among 49 cases,the arteries of lower extremity were normal in 5 ones(10.2%),atherosclerosis plaque in 13(27.5%),one or bi-lateral arteries of lower extremity stenosis in 31(63.3%).There was no significant statistical difference in im-age quality between two groups,the(P 0.05.) Using"Bolus Chase"technique,the dose of contrast agent was(43.0 ± 5.7) mL,the time of examination was just(9.3 ± 1.3) minutes.But using segment acquisition DSA technique,the dose of contrast agent was(92.0 ± 5.3)mL and the time was(15.3 ± 3.3) minutes."Bo-lus Chase"technique could use less doses of contrast medium and examination time than segment acquisition DSA technique.There was a significant statistical difference between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion: "Bolus Chase"technique decreasing volume of contrast agent and shortening examination time in lower extremi-ty.and the image quality was equal to the traditional DSA.
