摘要
通过对重庆三峡学院民族学系在推行本科生导师制过程中取得的成绩和存在问题的分析,重点探讨了在学分制条件下如何结合学分制管理与本科生导师制的优势,为更好地探索新形势下的人才培养模式提供参考。
On the basis of the analysis of the achievements made by and the problems existing in the process of the tutorial system for undergraduates implemented in the Ethnology Department of Chongqing Three Gorges,this paper discusses how to combine the advantages of credit system management and tutorial system for undergraduates so as to offer some reference for exploring better talent cultivation modes in the new situation.
