摘要
文化创新力、资源整合力和领导执行力构成了大学教育创新力,其核心要素是人。大学要以人的发展为最终目标,以文化创新力和领导执行力为手段,通过人力资源、智力资源以及金融资源的高效整合实现大学传承文明、服务社会、培养高素质创新型人才的目的。
The culture innovative power,resources integrated power and leadership executive power form university education innovative power which takes students as its core element.A university should take student＇s development as the final goal and accomplish its objectives of inheriting civilization,serving the society and cultivating highly-qualified innovative talents through integrating human resources,intellectual resources and financial resources.
