摘要
采用二维单基板彩色AC PDP数值计算模型 ,对放电单元的工作过程进行了模拟计算 ,给出了180V外加电压施加 4 μs后放电单元中电子和Xe激发态分子Xe (3p1)的空间浓度的分布情况。通过模拟计算不同X ,Y电极间距下电子和Xe (3p1)随时间变化情况 。
The discharge process occurring in discharge cells was numerically simulated using a two dimensional model of a single substrate AC plasma display panel to better our understanding of the process.Density distributions of both electrons and excited Xe *(3 p 1) atoms,at a bias voltage of 180 V after 4 μs of discharging,were numerically evaluated.For different separations of the X,Y electrodes,variations in density distributions of electron and excited Xe *(3 p 1) with time can be calculated respectively.And such simulation makes it feasible to optimize the X,Y electrodes separation in AC PDP design.
